I made your mushroom risotto 2 nights ago and it was a HUGE hit! Easier for me than boiling large pot of water and then laying noodles out on foil to prevent sticking. My family loves this! Keep a little space between the lasagna rolls to make it easier to remove them from the dish. . You can spread it along On side then roll. AMAZING!! They came out soooo good! Lay the noodles flat on a clean cutting board, and spread 1/3 cup of butternut filling down the center of each noodle, leaving 1 inch at each end. I didn't have enough sauce so I added some diced tomatoes I had in the pantry (which didn't add any points) and a tablespoon of Italian Seasoning. Definitely a keeper. Just found this–looks great.
